Finishes
Original
wood floors, millwork, molding, wainscot, archways, exposed
brick, stone and other features will be retained wherever
possible. Purchasers will select their kitchen cabinetry,
counters, appliances, hardware, new flooring (where applicable,
such as in bathrooms), washroom tiles and other finishings
from the builder's samples prior to March 2010. Finishing
standards are superior quality, including stone or steel

Custom
Design
During
the early pre-sales period, suite layouts can be modified
to accommodate the personal requirements of each resident,
generally at no cost. Once construction commences (mid 2010),
customizing may still be possible, but at extra cost and

onsite leasing and management services for suite owners,
including furnished corporate programs, long-term residential
