General Labour, Summer Employment

• General labour, summer employment with longer-term possibilities
• The Stinson School Lofts project is looking for general workers to assist with general maintenance and site preparation.
• The work is physical and involves lifting however no specific training is required.
• Starting can be immediate. Pay rate negotiable.
• Duties include: Basic groundskeeping: cutting grass, clean up, basic janitorial: sweeping, mopping, garbage 
  pick-up, etc.
• Awareness of how to use household power tools a plus but not required
• Capable of lifting 10 lbs to approx 40 lbs
• Able to work independently or cooperatively and have time management skills
• The hours are part - time to start with possibilities of odd days running long.
• Flexible summer availability required but negotiable.
• Students over the age of 18 are encouraged to apply.
• All applicants will be considered but only require 2-3 people to start.
